Our patient presented with missing teeth on the upper right side. She elected to complete Invisalign treatment and implant therapy to straighten her teeth and optimize her bite.

Dr. Virani was able to place two implants and complete a gum graft procedure to enhance the gum tissue around both teeth. While working with our lab, we were able to place two implants crowns.
Our patient came to us with a mandibular frenum that was pulling on the lower anterior teeth, risking gum recession after orthodontic treatment. To help reduce the risk of gum recession, temperature sensitivity, and cavities affecting the lower front teeth, a mandibular frenectomy was completed.
Our patient came to us to remove white spot lesions on the upper front teeth. We completed white spot removal using a dental product.
Our patient came to us with a discolored front tooth that had a root canal previously treated. Patient requested for
improvement to the front tooth. Dr. Virani was able to have a crown fabricated for her to create a mirror image to the adjacent tooth. We are grateful to help her with her smile and confidence!
Patient presented with worn out denture teeth, unable to chew soft and hard foods, a collapsed bite and unhappy with his esthetics after wearing his initial denture for decades. Patient requested for improvement to the front teeth.

This case highlights an immediate implant procedure completed by Dr. Virani. A lower right molar was removed and an implant was placed the same day. After 4 months of healing, the patient returned to receive their custom implant crown.

Patient presented with a soft tissue impacted adult tooth that was unable to properly erupt. Using laser technology, Dr. Virani carefully removed the soft tissue to expose the adult tooth and allow for eruption to occur in the upper arch.
